Please allow up to 2 business days to process your orders. Ensure that an accurate shipping address is provided to avoid any delays in the shipping process.

If an incorrect address is entered and your order has not shipped, please notify us immediately at creativecraftydesignsbylaura@gmail.com to cancel your request. You will need to place a new order online.

If your order has shipped, we are not able to cancel your request.

USPS Ground Advantage - 2 business days

USPS Priority Mail - 1 business day

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen orders during transit. If for any reason this occurs, please file a claim with either UPS or USPS.
